We at Body Whispers Therapy LLC want you to be satisfied with your purchase of the any of our courses, products or services.

Courses

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at bodywhispers@comcast.net, within 14 days of start of the program. We will review your request and attempt to help correct the issue. If we find that you gave our product/service a try and are still unsatisfied, we'll issue a refund which will credit to your account in 7-10 business days. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and all completed worksheets from the first two Modules before 11:59pm Central Standard Time on the 14th day following your purchase date of the program. No refunds will be provided more than 14 days following the purchase date. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 14th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.

*Note: All refunds are discretionary. If we feel that you just downloaded the training material (PDFs, audios, videos, and/or etc) in an attempt to steal or copy, and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. Furthermore, if it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.

Products

Refunds will be granted within 14 days of purchase for unused physical products returned to us, with the exception of digital downloads. No refunds will be given for downloads. If your download did not work properly, please contact us to troubleshoot and find a solution that will work for you. 

Services

No refunds will be given for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us to rectify the situation and find an acceptable solution. If you purchased sessions in advance, a refund may be given for any unused portion, within 6 months of purchase. After that time, the services will still be available but cannot be refunded.
