Nurture the light in all parts of your life, and you will feel it elevating your energy, raising your vibration, and uplifting your thoughts and emotions.
Pay attention to what you are feeding yourself in your everyday life. All that you take into your energy field impacts your energy and light. I’m not just talking about food...everything you take in with all of your senses to feed your body, mind, heart and soul...it all makes a difference.
There are infinite ways to feed your light and elevate your energy. I am here to support you and assist you in raising your vibration and bringing in more joy.
